The Preventive Science Institute prevents crime and economic decline by implementing the
motionmetrics (MOT) technology. It makes possible to rebuild America as crime free and zero
unemployment society.
The motionmetrics originated as a part of anthropology in the 18th Century Europe and it was
known as biomesures, then as biometrics. The motionmetrics (U.S. Patent and Patents pending)
is the next generation of biometrics and motioncapture (WIRE magazine 04/07/07). It is the
measuring remotely (from distance) the human body language (body motions) without the
measured person participation. It captures the way people talk, walk, voice print, finger prints,
handwriting and facial expressions. The MOT is verifying the positive identity of any person,
that the person is the one who claims to be. Body language have characteristics unique only to
given person. The body language cannot be changed, even if the person is wearing disguises
or makes difference body movements. The captured motions are programmed by cryptographic
collage then converted to symbols and images (not to digits and letters), there are not
configured by mathematical formula. The symbols/images are easy to memorized by the user so,
there not need to be written down in fear of forgetting and there is no need for Codes Book.
From these symbols/images the cryptographic collage assembling codes which have the
appearance of 6-8 digits number (eventually every human will have it's own code number).
The number looks like PIN (Personal Identification Number) to confuse the criminal who want to
break the code, thinking that this is a PIN and try to decipher but without success. That is how
the world's only unbreakable code the MOT ID CODE is created, it is also known as 'INVISIBLE
CODE' because, nobody can hear or see the transmission of symbols/images. The MOT ID CODE
microchip is placed in surveillance cameras, cell phones and satellite. The motionmetrics is
preventing crime and terrorism by instantly establish the whereabouts of wanted criminals, or
terrorists at any place in the world. For example, to find terrorist in very populated area, the

Current economic situation was created by massive theft orchestrated by executives of
financial institutions. The economy and Stock Market is in the 'free fall' with the lowest gross
domestic product since the Great Depression - the nation is in crises. The consolidated
national debt is $38 trillion (that includes the national deficit $12 trillion, real estate
foreclosures $9 trillion, citizens credit $8 trillion, educational loans $4 trillion, so far the war
cost $7 trillion, and the unemployment is at all time higher about 11%). Most of the trillions of
dollars has been borrowed from foreign sources. If the government want to proceed with the
bailout/stimulus it must borrow more money from the foreigners. The U.S. has been caught in
classic CATCH 22.
The government is acquiring stock in those companies which received the bailout, it is known
as 'communal ownership' or protectionism. At present pace of the bailout and acquisitions, the
U.S. is on it's way to become socialistic state. However, the government don't admit that the
economic decline has been caused by one element only and that is spendings on crime
processing, but not on elimination of crime (the crime processing means intentional lengthy
crime investigation in order to generates more fees for lawyers). As a result, the bailout and
stimulus not going to work, the Stock Market will collapse without warning and the investors
will loose most of their investments. This might mark the end of the Stock Market era and new
way must be found to trading stock.
The financial experts, politicians and the media insisting that they can fix the economy through
bailout and stimulus. However, it appear that they don't know what have caused the economic
decline and where/how the billions of dollars have gone. The ‘experts’ should learn that the
economic decline was caused, because the U.S. is spending $1 trillion per year (that is 1/3 of
the national budget) for crime processing. No country can survive wasting 1/3 of it's national
resources. Not many seems to realize that this $1trillion per year is swindled by the lawyers-
legislators (known as the Lawyers Mafia) for crime solicitation, and here it is how they do it . . .
about 73% of all legislators are lawyers by profession. The legislators are enacting laws
intentionally wide open for interpretation, it means - more court cases, more crime processing.
Another way to solicit crime is through 'cold cases.' There are 16,000 murders committed per
year in the U.S., but half (8,000) of these murders remain unsolved and are placed in 'cold case'
file. The 8,000 killers walking free committing more crimes, consequently more crime
processing, more fees for lawyers. The lawyers created the CPI (Crime Processing Industry)
which is the largest single industrial complex in the world employing 32 million people. The
system must producing more crimes, to assure job security for these 32 million employees of
the CPI and for about 1 million lawyers. (An abstract example - if all the criminals will take one
month vacation and stop committing crimes, about 1 million lawyers will found themselves in
unemployment line). The statistics -- with 5% of the world's population the U.S. houses 25% of
the world's prisoners and incarcerate 756 inmates per 100,000 residents (6 times the average
worldwide) and about 7 million people who left prisons remain under 'correctional supervision,'
one every 31 Americans is in prison, or 'correctional supervision. These statistics are from
senator Jim Webb article 'WHY WE MUST FIX OUR PRISONS" Parade Magazine 03/29/09).
Our comment - Senator, by fixing the prisons system you are encouraging more crime
processing, more crime solicitation, more economic decline.
To put it simple – the economy is collapsing because $ 1trillion per year is stolen from the U.S.
economy by the Lawyers Mafia
On Nov/24/08 the new president (who is also a lawyer) appointed his 'economic team' consisting
of people from previous administrations who have engineered the economic downfall. It
appear that the President and his team don't know the fundamental economic principle, that
'throwing money at the problem doesn't solve the problem.' For example, the President just
'throw money' on the financial institutions and the executives promptly give themselves
bonuses. On March/15/09 the 'CBS 60 MINUTES' interviewed the Chairman of the Federal
Reserve who give "professional guess" prediction 'the recession will be over in 2009 or maybe
in 2010, or maybe even later. As we can see the 'President's Economic Team' and the Chairman
have formed kind of 'Dream Team,' they are living in dream world detached from the reality.
They are saying that they know how to fix the economy. It is amazing why the American people
trust them. This is like trust the wolf to protect lambs. On March/22/09 the President issued a
statement 'quick bailout of the banks is essential to prevent banks from bankruptcy, because
this will accelerate the economic decline.' It appear that the government didn't notice, that the
banks have been totally computerized and the customers can do majority of bank transactions
remotely, through the ATMs and the credit cards and loans at present are processed by the
Credit Bureaus, not by the banks. The banks become no longer necessary. The banks should
be allowed to bankrupt (the customers not going to loose money, because their deposits are
insured). Banks are the victims of progress, the same way as oil lamps, newspapers, horse and
carriages, etc. Another "great idea" of the Dream Team is the selling of the so call it 'toxic
assets' (for which eventually the stockholders will be paying). However, the Wall Street
consider this as 'good news' because, it is helping the speculators to make quick profit. The
Stock Market will go up during this period of 'detoxification' then it will plunge again.

(4) THE CELL PHONE OF THE FUTURE in wristwatch (face of the wristwatch is the display screen)
also known as Dick Tracy Wristwatch. The present cell phones are easy to misplaced or lost and
difficult to quickly answer, because person is busy to looking for the cell phone. It is also the
personal body guard - it gives warning when wanted criminal is nearby; alerts the ambulance if
the person need medical assistance; conduct health check giving indication on diabetics,

radioactivities, or from the sea water. No water is discarded but is reused, it assures enough

For Water.' There are many usages for coagulated water: prevents spreading diseases through

03/21/09 four policemen in Oakland CA. when using the combat stand, have been killed by one

spending his time appearing on TV literally every day, maybe the chief intention is to build new
career as 'movie star'? Why instead, the chief spend more time to prevent police brutality and
street gangs. The number of the Fresno’s street gangs have double in the last three years.
(21) FREE HEALTH INSURANCE -- the lawyers-legislators created complicated and confusing
health system with hundreds of different health plans with costly administration, instead to be
spend on patients. About 60% of the founds are absorbed for administration of these various
health plans. The present health system should be shut down and establish one National Health
Protection Services (NHPS) which will be public company and be own by the policy holders, not
by the government. Also, introducing the MOT health preventive devices will reduce the total
cost of health care by about 30%. The health insurance will be pay directly by the corporations
and not through deduction from the salaries of the employees. Such system will make possible
for every American to have free health insurance.

be imposed, the crime can be reduced further by 30%. This would create savings in the National

express himself through: protest marches, strikes, or petitions, it is lengthy non effective
process. With electronic election the politician will be aware all the time what are the citizens
demands, so the politicians can fix the problem, or be quickly recalled by the citizens.

population of the entire country disappears in total silence. There are not any of the usual
fiction movies sound effects such as explosions, fires, floods, earthquakes, scrims of people,
